When we can drop comparison mode...

We are able to explore our own ideas & fantasies.

Sometimes we can shame our partners without even knowing. Conversating sets the pillars of safety! Start asking, and stop assuming. 

 Part of the reason I became a coach, was from hearing my clients talking about how their partners don't appreciate them. I wanted more for them. 

Using different language and offering opportunities in conversations for asking questions, using "I feel statements", is a game changer when it comes to making sure your partner understands you. 

This episode talks about how to retrain your brain >> your biggest sex organ & how to add just a few words/ simple things to your daily routine that can make huge impacts on how your partner feels.
