making decisions that put you at the center of the interest that's at best.

Nobody's soul purpose of living is to please another person. You have one life. You get one chance to live it. You deserve to spend your time with someone who not only matches your energy, but treats it with the utmost love & respect.

Your partner's sexual needs are not your responsibility.
This idea that you "own your partner's body, - they own you" etc; is false and needs to be cut from our language. You own your body. You decide who you let in.
Your partner has no place to tell you, that you aren't allowed to self please yourself just as you can't tell them "they can't" have solo sex. Sometimes this control move looks like getting angry or being passively aggressive towards your partner because they would like to engage with themselves in sex or they found out you masturbated. Just as you have permission to own, know and love your body, your partner(s) also have the access to the same.
